1. Purpose<\/h3>\n

Le pr\u00e9sent contrat de licence encadre l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019application interne \u00ab MIA \u2014 lecture comptable InfoXtreme \u00bb (l\u2019\u00ab Application \u00bb), d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et exploit\u00e9e par InfoXtreme (l\u2019\u00ab \u00c9diteur \u00bb).<\/p>\n

2. Port\u00e9e \u2014 application strictement interne<\/h3>\n

L\u2019Application est un outil d\u2019usage interne. Elle est utilis\u00e9e exclusivement par InfoXtreme, sur les donn\u00e9es comptables d\u2019InfoXtreme elle-m\u00eame. Elle n\u2019est ni distribu\u00e9e, ni vendue, ni mise \u00e0 la disposition de tiers, et ne comporte aucun utilisateur final autre que le personnel autoris\u00e9 d\u2019InfoXtreme.<\/p>\n

3. Licence<\/h3>\n

Aucune licence d\u2019utilisation n\u2019est conc\u00e9d\u00e9e \u00e0 des tiers. Tous les droits sur l\u2019Application, son code et sa documentation demeurent la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 exclusive de l\u2019\u00c9diteur.<\/p>\n

4. Utilisation des services Intuit<\/h3>\n

L\u2019Application se connecte \u00e0 QuickBooks Online au moyen de l\u2019interface de programmation d\u2019Intuit, en lecture seule, aux fins d\u00e9crites dans la politique de confidentialit\u00e9<\/a>. L\u2019autorisation d\u2019acc\u00e8s est accord\u00e9e par InfoXtreme \u00e0 sa propre entreprise QuickBooks et peut \u00eatre r\u00e9voqu\u00e9e \u00e0 tout moment.<\/p>\n

5. Absence de garantie<\/h3>\n

L\u2019Application est fournie \u00ab telle quelle \u00bb, sans garantie d\u2019aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite. L\u2019\u00c9diteur ne garantit ni l\u2019absence d\u2019erreur, ni l\u2019exactitude des analyses produites, ni la disponibilit\u00e9 continue du service.<\/p>\n

6. Limitation de responsabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n

L\u2019Application \u00e9tant d\u2019usage strictement interne et gratuite, la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9diteur ne saurait \u00eatre engag\u00e9e envers un tiers au titre de son utilisation.<\/p>\n

7. Modification de la port\u00e9e<\/h3>\n

Si l\u2019Application venait \u00e0 traiter les donn\u00e9es comptables d\u2019un client ou de tout tiers, le pr\u00e9sent contrat et la politique de confidentialit\u00e9 seraient r\u00e9vis\u00e9s et republi\u00e9s avant<\/em> tout traitement de ce type.<\/p>\n

8. Droit applicable<\/h3>\n

Le pr\u00e9sent contrat est r\u00e9gi par les lois de la province de Qu\u00e9bec et les lois du Canada qui s\u2019y appliquent.<\/p>\n

1. Purpose<\/h3>\n

This end-user license agreement governs the use of the internal application \u201cMIA \u2014 InfoXtreme Accounting Reader\u201d (the \u201cApplication\u201d), developed and operated by InfoXtreme (the \u201cPublisher\u201d).<\/p>\n

2. Scope \u2014 strictly internal application<\/h3>\n

The Application is an internal tool. It is used solely by InfoXtreme, on InfoXtreme\u2019s own accounting data. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to third parties, and has no end users other than authorized InfoXtreme personnel.<\/p>\n

3. License<\/h3>\n

No license is granted to any third party. All rights in the Application, its source code and its documentation remain the exclusive property of the Publisher.<\/p>\n

4. Use of Intuit services<\/h3>\n

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit\u2019s API, in read-only mode, for the purposes described in the privacy policy<\/a>. Access is authorized by InfoXtreme against its own QuickBooks company and may be revoked at any time.<\/p>\n

5. No warranty<\/h3>\n

The Application is provided \u201cas is\u201d, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Publisher does not warrant that it is error-free, that its analyses are accurate, or that the service will be continuously available.<\/p>\n

6. Limitation of liability<\/h3>\n

As the Application is strictly internal and provided at no charge, the Publisher accepts no liability toward any third party arising from its use.<\/p>\n

7. Change of scope<\/h3>\n

Should the Application ever process the accounting data of a customer or any third party, this agreement and the privacy policy will be revised and republished before<\/em> any such processing takes place.<\/p>\n

8. Governing law<\/h3>\n

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.<\/p>\n
