By placing an order with InfoXtreme inc., you accept the documents below. They apply together. If one of them contradicts another, the document most specific to the service ordered prevails.

The general rules that govern all our services: your account, your obligations, ours, and how an agreement comes to an end.

Privacy policy ✅ In effect

The personal information we collect, what we do with it, where it is kept and how to exercise your rights of access and correction. Written with regard to Quebec's Law 25 .

Return and refund policy ✅ In effect

What applies to a specific service

Web hosting, email and domain names ✅ In effect

What each plan includes, disk space and overage, site backups, availability, domain names, billing and what happens to your data when the service ends.

Cloud backup ✅ In effect

What is backed up and what is not, including folders synchronized with OneDrive or Google Drive, the frequency, the retention period and restoration.

IP telephony ✅ In effect

The phone system, SIP trunks, numbers, the 9-1-1 service and its limits, usage billing and annual licences.

What has not been written yet

Three services we offer do not yet have their own terms : managed IT services, video surveillance and web development. In the meantime, the general Terms of use and the written agreement signed with the client apply.

A signed agreement prevails

These documents are in addition to any written agreement signed between you and InfoXtreme inc. A signed agreement prevails over these terms.
